Certificate of Registration

A Chiropractor may purchase a formal Certificate of Registration from the Chiropractic Board. The Certificate is A4 size and suitable for framing.

The Board encourages registered chiropractors to purchase a Certificate and display it at their place of work alongside their Annual Practising Certificate. This will in a small way inform the public about the professional Chiropractor.

The cost of the Certificate is $30.00 incl of GST. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheque made out to the Chiropractic Board for the correct sum of NZ$ or by credit card (MasterCard, or Visa). To make payments download and print our Payment Form (PDF, 56K), then send the completed form to the Board. If you have problems doing this contact the Board Secretariat. Or send a cheque and letter (including registration number) requesting a Certificate to the Board. The Certificate and a receipt will be mailed out within 5 business days.
