Certificate of Registration
A Chiropractor may purchase a formal Certificate of
Registration from the Chiropractic Board. This Certificate
is A4 size and suitable for framing.
The Board encourages registered chiropractors to purchase a Certificate to display at their place of work alongside their Annual Practising Certificate. This will, in a small way, inform the public about the registration status of their chiropractor.
The cost of the Certificate is $30.00 incl GST. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheque made out to the Chiropractic Board or by credit card (MasterCard, or Visa).
